Leeboi Rutland from the Isle of Wight has beaten off over 1000 DJ's to be crowded '2010 King of the Decks'.
Regional heats for the third annual 'King of the Deck' competition were held in 50 Oceana, Liquid and Lava ignite night clubs up and down the country, with the final being held in front of a 2000 strong crowd at the Oceana super club in Leeds.
King of the Decks Judge Tim Howard, Head of Entertainment at Oceana's parent company Luminar Leisure said 'The quality of finalists was exceptional, but Leeboi edged it with his technical skill combined with his ability to select the right track to get the crowd going, he has a bright future in front of him'.
2010 King of the Decks winner Leeboi said 'This is one of the greatest days of my life, I have spent thousands of hours practising at home and I'm delighted this practise has paid off!'
Leeboi wins £1000 and a top of the range Pioneer DJ system worth over £3000.
